These shoes were a bday gift for my 13 year old daughter. They arrived on time and looked very good in the box. They look GREAT on my daughters feet! She absolutely loves them! These are very greatto quality shoes but my problem was that the tongue on the left shoe was lacking the glue that kept the two layers of the tongue together. I didn't feel like getting a refund or anything so I just used some shoe glue and fixed it.    Review by Soso
